1) bed sharing connects people looking for accommodation with people who offer it

2) The project is open to participants over 18 years of age.

3) Participants commit themselves to fill in all the fields of the entry form (both for hosts and guests) with correct and true information. bed sharing cannot be held responsible for false statements made by applicants.

4) bed sharing reserves the right not to publish (or to cancel after previous publication) any unsuitable offer and/or request.

5) bed sharing will forward any request for accommodation to the potential hosts according to the needs expressed in the application form. Once the match is found and accepted by both parties, the guest receives an e-mail stating the total amount, to be paid cash at the moment of the arrival, except free contractual agreements between the participants.

6) In the event that the guest does not occupy the bed or room on the set day or in the event of early departure, no refund shall be due. In these events bed sharing reserves the right to find new applicants to fill the vacancy.

7) If, for reasons beyond its control, bed sharing is compelled to cancel a reservation request, all paid money will be returned to the applicant.

8) bed sharing accepts no responsibility for theft or loss of money, credit cards and valuables left unattended by their owners (whether guests or hosts) inside or outside the hosts' houses.

9) Any damage to the estates, the furniture, the furnishing or any other object in the hosts' houses will be charged to the guest only.

10) Guests shall not cause any damage, nuisance or noise which could adversely affects local residents in the neighbourhood. Furthermore, they commit themselves to leave the room in the same condition as they found it.

11) Participants authorize bed sharing to process their personal data according to the privacy laws in force.

12) Participants shall benefit from this service according to the regulations and laws in force. bed sharing acknowledges that any violation or misuse of this service is the sole responsibility of the users. Therefore bed sharing users shall not be entitled to claim damages attributed to the service itself.

13) The compensation for the expenses borne by the hosts will be privately arranged by the two parties.



According to the Italian civil law (Art. 1341 cc), the user approves the terms and conditions expressed in clause 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13.
